These Terms of Service apply to all SMS and email messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by North Reach Media Message LLC. Frequency may vary. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Messaging Consent
As a user, you must explicitly consent to receive messages from North Reach Media LLC Consent can be given through various channels including, but not limited to, our website sign-up forms, paper forms, or verbally through customer service interactions.
Message Types and Frequency
Messages sent by North Reach Media LLC may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant communications. The frequency of these messages will depend on your interaction with our services and your preferences.
Data Rates and Charges

North Reach Media LLC does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Such issues can occur due to factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.
User Obligations
When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.
Compliance with Laws
You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By using this service and providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect or send SMS communications to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal information or subscribed to SMS messages, we will take steps to remove that information and unsubscribe the user from our messaging services as soon as reasonably possible.
No Guaranteed Results
The Company does not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, revenue increases, search rankings, or customer acquisition outcomes.
Monthly Managed Service
The Client is purchasing access to an ongoing managed digital service provided by the Company. This service may include website hosting, website design, CRM systems, automation workflows, integrations, maintenance, support, and related digital infrastructure.
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Ownership of Assets
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all websites, systems, automations, hosting configurations, CRM setups, design frameworks, and related infrastructure created or maintained by the Company remain the property of the Company during the active subscription period.
Any domain name purchased by the Company on behalf of the Client shall remain the property of the Company unless formally transferred through a separate written agreement.
Non-Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website, hosting, CRM systems, automations, and related services without notice.
Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal of hosted content, systems, and associated data.
Voluntary Cancellation
The Client may cancel services at any time with written notice.
Upon cancellation, one of the following will occur:
Service Termination
All hosted services, websites, automations, CRM access, and related systems will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle.
Website Buyout Option
The Client may request to purchase the website and selected related assets from the Company. Buyout pricing will be determined at the time of cancellation based on the scope of the project, custom functionality, assets involved, and transfer requirements.
Ownership transfer will not occur until the agreed buyout amount has been paid in full.
Certain third-party software, subscriptions, templates, licensed assets, or platform services may require separate ongoing fees and may not be included in the transfer.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, automations, workflows, templates, processes, branding structures, and development methods created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Domain Names
Domain names purchased on behalf of the Client may be transferred to the Client upon request once all outstanding invoices and fees have been paid.
Changes to Terms of Service
North Reach Media LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct communications where feasible.
